YAESU FT-710 MARS Mod Instructions...works on USA models.
Top Comment: I found this document posted on Facebook and I can confirm it works for Yaesu FT-710's sold in the USA. It took longer to remove the screws than to actually do the modification. Please note that this requires a bit of skill as the jumpers are very close together. You will need magnification and a steady hand as to not bridge the adjacent jumpers. I used a fine tip soldering iron along with some solder flux to P51 and used a very fine silver solder to make the connection. Do this modification at your own risk. Write down your settings before doing this mod as the two button reset will clear everything from memory.
